This notice explains how Mirror Mesa collects and uses information when you visit the website, contact us or place an order.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery details, order contents and messages. The website and its service providers may also collect browser, device, cookie, security and usage information needed to operate and protect the store.

How we use information

We use information to process and deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain business records, comply with law and improve the store. We do not ask customers to send payment-card details through the contact form.

Service providers

Information is shared only as needed with providers that support hosting, WordPress and WooCommerce operations, payment processing when enabled, fraud prevention, email, suppliers and delivery carriers, or when disclosure is legally required. A fulfilment supplier receives only the details needed to deliver the ordered item.

Cash on delivery is available during the staging and initial checkout setup. If Stripe or another online payment method is enabled, payment details are processed by that provider under its own privacy terms and are not intended to be stored directly by Mirror Mesa.

Retention and choices

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for orders, support, security, disputes and legal obligations. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information through the contact form. Some transactional records may need to be retained.

Cookies

The site may use essential cookies for the cart, checkout, login, security and preferences. Any analytics or advertising disclosures will be updated before those services are enabled for customers.

Send privacy questions through the Mirror Mesa contact page. Do not include passwords or payment-card details.
