These terms govern purchases from and use of the Mirror Mesa website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked at checkout.

Products and fit

Product colors and reflective effects can vary with lighting, display settings and viewing angle. Measurements, materials, included accessories, battery requirements and care information are stated per product where verified. Review the selected variant and product details before ordering. Decorative hats are not protective equipment.

Prices, delivery and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Standard USA delivery is included in the product price and checkout shipping is $0. Applicable tax, if any, is shown during checkout. Cash on delivery is currently available; additional payment methods may be introduced after setup and testing.

Introductory pricing identifies a current launch offer and does not claim that a higher price was previously charged. Promotions may change or end for future orders.

Orders

An order acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel and refund an order affected by a pricing error, unavailable item, payment problem, suspected fraud or delivery restriction. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information.

Returns

Returns, damaged items and refunds are governed by the Shipping and returns policy.

Website use and intellectual property

Mirror Mesa branding, original copy and original graphics are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Product images are used only where Mirror Mesa owns them or has permission from the relevant rights holder. Website content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or submit unlawful, deceptive or harmful material.

Liability and applicable rights

To the extent permitted by law, Mirror Mesa is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use or a product. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Applicable United States federal and state law governs without limiting mandatory protections available to the customer.
