Shipping and returns

USA delivery

Mirror Mesa currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States. Standard USA delivery is included in every product price, so the shipping charge shown at checkout is $0.

Each product page will show an estimated delivery window based on the selected item’s confirmed handling and transit time, plus a seven-calendar-day buffer. Business days exclude weekends and carrier holidays. An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date. Address issues, carrier disruption, severe weather and other events outside our reasonable control may cause delay.

Orders containing more than one item may arrive in separate packages. Tracking information will be provided when it becomes available.

Returns

Request a return within 30 days after confirmed delivery using the contact form. Include the order number, item and reason. Wait for written return instructions before sending anything. The authorized return destination can depend on the item and will be provided with the return authorization.

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, it must be unworn, unused and returned with its original tags, accessories and packaging. Items showing event use, wear, makeup, fragrance, damage or missing parts may be ineligible.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us within three calendar days after delivery. Include the order number and clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. Keep the item and packaging until the claim is resolved. After review, we will provide replacement, return or refund instructions as appropriate.

Return shipping and refunds

For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping. Mirror Mesa covers an approved return caused by our error or a verified damaged, defective or incorrect item. Use a trackable service and retain the receipt when you are responsible for return shipping.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. For a cash-on-delivery purchase, we will arrange the available refund method with the customer. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

Cancellations and address changes

Contact us promptly. We will try to cancel an order or correct its address before fulfilment begins, but cannot guarantee a change after processing has started.
